Curated.by is an informational portfolio. We collect what you give us directly — your name, email, company, and any message you send through the contact form — and basic technical information from your browser (IP address, user agent, referrer) for security and aggregate analytics.

• To reply to your enquiry and route it to the right venture.
• To keep the website secure and understand aggregate traffic.
• To meet our legal obligations (tax, accounting, regulatory requests).

3. The ventures we link to

Curated.by links out to separate businesses and products (such as PE-Energy, Talk to Walle, Prime Asset Recovery, The Mercen, Stellar AI, and Züs). Once you follow a link to one of those sites, that site's own privacy policy applies to anything you do there — not this one.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small set of vetted processors to operate the site — for example cloud hosting and bot mitigation (Cloudflare) and a task tool used to manage enquiries (ClickUp). We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions are retained for up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
